Speed-Networking Reception for Early- to Mid-Career Professionals

Charles Wong and Diana Eignor, SETAC Career Development Committee

Have you ever been asked to deliver the impossible or have unknowingly asked the impossible of others? Are you looking for strategies to maximize personal and team productivity? Do you want to develop your natural talents to better serve your team and help team members do the same? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please join us for a speed networking reception hosted by the SETAC North America Career Development Committee at the 7th SETAC World Congress/SETAC North America 37th Annual Meeting, which will be held from 6–10 November in Orlando, Florida.

Interact with peers and experienced SETAC leaders from academia, business and government to discuss time management, managing up and across levels and generations, and setting the bar by revisiting your goals, adjusting and being re-inspired.

This SETAC event will be held from 6–8 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 November, and is specifically targeted towards early to mid-career professionals, but students are warmly welcomed and encouraged to join. Advance registration is recommended as space is limited. Tickets are $35 ($25 for students) and include admission to the event, 2 drinks and light snacks.

For more information, contact Charles Wong or Diana Eignor.
